STATEMENT
Sword Remote is a custom-made game controller designed to simulate sword swings in a virtual environment. With this wireless controller, players can slash through objects in the game, providing a gaming experience that many other games cannot replicate. I aimed to break away from traditional ARPG and VR gaming experiences and showcase the possibilities of realistic action games through this prototype.

This project is a student creation, and I individually developed it from conceptual design to implementation. The controller utilized only essential resources to test whether it could deliver a unique experience. In terms of Arduino circuit design, I used a Bluetooth chip, and accelerator and gyroscope, a joystick, and a vibrator, all powered by batteries. The results indeed generated a distinctive and enjoyable gaming experience, but there is room for improvement in the sensitivity and precision of the slashing movements.
